First KITAS : Timing to start working in INDONESIA.

I have a question about timing of start working as legally during applying First-KITAS at Immigration when entre in to Indonesia before approved (receiving passport back)
For example :
After telex visa approval - going to Singapore taking 312 - go back to Indonesia - does LAYANAN IZIN TINGGAL ONLINE - submit Limited Stay Application - DURING THIS Period
- Approval Limited Stay Visa done.

1.Could I start working as legally as soon as entering Indonesia ?
2.after submit application or
3.during applying Limited Stay is ok to start?
4. Must wait for Immigration process done?

Working for a company, working for yourself, working doing what? Much more than just a visa would be involved.

My answer assumes that you are sponsored by a company.

In that case the company will arrange for RPTKA and IMTA, once this is done, they will arrange for telex approval. This approval is sent to an embassy abroad. You travel to this embassy abroad and get the VITAS. Once you enter with Indonesia with this VITAS, you report to immigration and receive a KITAS card. Lately this is just e-mailed to you and you can print it out. At this point you are legal to work for the company that sponsored you, in the capacity that they specified in the RPTKA.

Working for a company,
This is EPO & Renew cause. RPTKA already has done, Paid DPKK,IMTA willing to be approval soon before process VTT-Telex. So I have full 12 month valid IMTA when I Re-enter from Singapore with 312.

What I am going to do is,
1.EPO – start process VTT-Telex
2.Waiting in somewhere or come back here with VOA until VTT-Telex approved.
(Of course during this period, working prohibited !! in Indonesia)
3.Visiting Indonesian Embassy in Singapore taking 312 then Re-enter.

After Re-enter when I could start working legally?

One of biro jasa telling me that expat cannot allow to start work until Immigration process(KITAS) has done(even my case, have valid IMTA) and it is take app 1 month+-…..
Actually, I doubt that!!
That’s way I am asking everyone in here.

Reason why doubt, I have paid DPKK for 12 month.

Anyway, once you enter with VITAS, the process to obtain a KITAS is a formality. All the screening and paper work is done prior to the approval telex being issued. The actual process between entering with VITAS to getting KITAS is never 1+ month. Usually it is 24 hours, if not immediately.

It has extended 4 times.
It has been 5 years on with same IMTA and KITAS.
It is time to Re-new IMTA and KITAS sir
