Anybody tried those e-cigs? Do they satisfy the nicotine crave? How does the vapor affect the lungs?

Thinking to try them to reduce or stop my cigarette smoke intake. My lungs need a break.

Funny that I was thinking the same thing - could be worth a try I suppose. Couldn't be any worse that cigarettes could it and some of the flavours smell a lot nicer than cigarette smoke.

Better not have the devise in your hand when stopped by the cops in the USA; they will shoot you and claim it looked like a handgun. Other than that, what could go wrong with yet another upscale (and pricey) drug delivery system?

Another question -- are these things made by Samsung?

Here in Bali many bars offer these 'Hookah Shisha' gadgets. Seems popular to suck smoke thru' a jar of flavored, gurgling water. I've never smoked anything so don't get it....what's the deal...does it get one intoxicated or high or is it just to look cool?

Its an addiction; all the other excuses are just so much bull shit. Now that lying about the hazards of smoking has been exposed, vaping is the latest way the industry has manufactured to keep its trade.

Those waterpipes are just an exotic version of recreational and 'social' smoking.. And it is more intense and has a flavor (apple or so). But in case of cannabis in combination with a waterpipe, it does deliver much more direct than a cigarette; even for people who did not have the 'THC effect' yet.
