Application for E-KTP and KK on KITAP

Went with my Wife to kantor Ducapil yesterday to apply for E-KTP and KK,
Process was ver easy and the following documents were required to start the process,
1, Completed application form
2, Sponsors letter
3, copy sponsors KTP and KK
4, copy KITAP
5, Copy SKTT
6, copy Marriage Certificate
Staff were very helpful and said will take one week to process and to come back next week for Bio Metrics

If you have a bit of friendly staff there, they won’t send you away with an empty 1. and sample of 2. but will allow you to do it right away without losing your spot.

In Jakarta they normally do the biometrics right away and even will print out the KTP and KK ‘on the spot’. Saves a trip.

We went there initially to ask what documents we required, and as I had my tablet with me, the staff let us do the application there and then with there help,.. they were really good and a great experience.. it probabl5helpeed that the office was not busy and we went there 1st thing in the morning

I also did recently in Bandung (West Java) , and fortunately it was a lot easier . Got the form and list of documents at my its website , went there to submit + biometrics , then went there once again to get the KTP & KK . Plus , they required basically only photocopy of passport and KITAP . A big change from few years ago when for the SKTT they required sponsor letter (visa agent) , Police's STM , Surat Domisili , KITAS , and passport .
