ANZ Bank Jakarta actual branch for cash transactions

Anyone know if or where there is an actual physical ANZ branch here for cash transactions, have someone asking me if an Australian tourist can come here and withdraw money from their Aussie ANZ account while they are here (and no not on a card, he wants to withdraw more than $10,000 to pay for something here)

He said he spoke to his ANZ bank in Oz and of course they said yes there is, but I said maybe it is an office, or it might be the Indo Anz where it is for Indo accounts only, and not one where you can walk in (even with notice) and withdraw $10,000+ from an Aussie ANZ account

Any ideas?
