    I think this would be a potentially dangerous interpretation of the situation. Nothing is settled and any KanIm and Mapower can handle any other case in a different way. That's why I take it to Ombudsman to try get this nonsense settled officially and binding.

    I know they work together, but in this case seems not. Imigrasi did a general raid of all offices in the building and did not know about previous case with manpower until I told them.

    I had the same thought when reading that regulation. In my case Imigrasi even asked about what I do in the Kitap process, and I gave them everything including the Akta which shows me as director, and they did not require a work permit, just issued the Kitap. And anyway, is just a ministry...

    Quick update: Manpower won't give up, but in a strange way. They sent official letter requesting RPTKA and Notifikasi to be done within 2 weeks. Quoting the usual TKA related articles from the 2003 UU. But they can't be that certain about their case, they know I have been working like this...

    And I think it does not matter. Because the king of all laws that exists on this matter, WNA on Kitap based on 317 Vitas, is UU 16 2011, which is unconditional, the newest and higest law, and no other legal document has challenged it.

All I know foreigner can clearly not be HR director, which is an entirely different matter from doing what a director...
