Electric motor scooters

Was removing the pedals an advantage or disadvantage? What is the name of the model? I would like to find an image of it.

Here ya go. That is not me in the picture. Hahaha. These bike/scooters are everywhere where I live but pictures are not. Can even buy them on-line but have to assemble.

They are quite heavy so the pedals won't get you up any hills and they rotate when riding from friction in the free-wheel.

My wife has a milk crate tie behind the seat for the dog.

I bought one. I think (forgive the spelling) it's an Oferro. It looks like a step through scooter but it has places for pedals.
It will manage 40 or 45 kph, and last for about 40 or 50 km on a charge.
No tax or registration, and it works a treat for local trips.
