Hi, I'm a fellow singaporean that is married to Indonesian. We got married in SG first. Then, I registered the SG ROM cert with Indonesia Embassy in SG. With these 2 documents, my Indonesian spouse registered our marriage in local Indonesia. So, in my case, the certificate of impediment is not...- ccm
