Who are the piemen?
I am not so myopic as to assume that "everyone" knows, let along cares, about American football prima donnas. Never heard them referred to as "Pie." Thanks for the expansion of my limited vocabulary.Duhhh...........everybody knows AFL stands for American Football League, GF are the "girlfriends" and the piemen are the ones earning the big bucks.

try phoning them & asking if they are showing it- it is owned/run by an Australian couple.
Ohh dear, waarmstrong! "Pie" is not a reference to American football prima donnas. The Collingwood football club (in Victoria) is playing against a West Australian side called West Coast Eagles. Collingwood with black and white as their colours, the same colour as magpies, are referred to as the Magpies or... 'pies" for short.
The worst thing about the match is Collingwood have a 211 ctmre American playing as he did the previous week, against my team Richmond (Yellow and black and therefore the Tigers). And that bloody big Yank, Mason Cox pulled down 11 marks and kicked 3 goals. It will be interesting to see how the Eagles deal with this particular "Pie" in the grand final next Saturday. As a Richmond supporter and with all the old traditional hatreds of Collingwood I guess I will be barracking for the West Coast Eagles.
