Europe & Indonesia partnering up - not really sure what they are going to do though.

Don’t know what the plan is?

Erasmus+ is some kind of scholarship program, initially between EU member states but now also for students outside of Europe. They yearly sponsor 150-200 Indonesian students. (A member of the f-i-l was looking into possibilities.)
