Passport "Mutation" AKA change of passport number

I had successfully changed my passport details myself without going through any agent that tries to change 1 to 2.5 jt for this change.

Could you tell us how you solved the problem ?

I used a personal evisa account to amend this and not the company one.

I cant link the company one with the individual one I had

Sorry , could you tell us the complete story .

For example :
a) you hired a visa agent to get the Investor E28A Visa/KITAS ;
b) you created yourself an evisa account in your PMA's name , but it didn't work ;
c) you asked your visa agent to give you the data to access the evisa account created by the visa agent to get the E28A Visa , then you succeeded in changing the passport data ;
d) this account created by the visa agent is in your own name (not the PMA's account) .

I created under my own name without any sponsor

Apparently I had 3 PT PMA's account.

Notary created 2 for me
Immigration created 1 for me

So total there are 3

Immigration managed to check for me the initial account I had created and now I am on my way to DIY renewing my KITAS

Do you mean that from all accounts (3 PMA accounts + 1 account you created in your own name) , you ended up with only the account in your own name , meaning that your Investor KITAS now is not sponsored by the PMA anymore ?

I logged back the existing lost account and I got it all back

All the other accounts created are reluntant

I had all the hoo-ha and created 1 account by immigration
1 account created by the notary
1 account created by me

there is this original account.
that i managed to get it from the immigration.
