Many HRs have no clue about KITAS(P) process and they outsource it to 3rd party like agents. Then they (HR) are loosing control over the applications, documentation, updates ect. ... in overall if all is done well and as it should.
Many agents are doing it the way ... "they don't care" after...
I also think this is perhaps dreamboy's problem. Doggy, lazy as f...k agent who f..k his job. (I apologize for my language)
My advice dreamboy: take matters into your hands before they will spin out of control. I hope the agent will somehow managed to get your kitas done. Then verify all...
I loved your response in the "timewaster's thread" so much I copied it and send it to myself as email. No you are not a snowflake.
As for the nasty bus experience ... this is only my suggestion but if this would be feasible I would bribe the driver with cash to continue driving, or you could...
How they say it no pain no gain.

I would:
a) go and visit catatan sipil where you got married and which holds in the archive your original document, ask them kindly if they could photocopy it for you, pay some small fee xx-xxx
b) if a) doesn't work, get an agent pay x xxx xxx to help you process your kitas, learn a lesson to...

To compare how silly it is here is an example: BA...
Interesting but Indonesia can also noticed that some developed countries are planning to switch to electric powered vehicles. Indonesia should have their own refineries for bio-fuel to supply their own always-hungry-domestic market.
You are probably right Davita.
OK, I've setup my borderless account with them. I'll give it a go. Such a shame I have so little money left in UK. Waiting for ID verification.
