Working for spouse owned PT ?

I've understood that a spouse working for an Indonesian spouse owned CV and UD, but how is it for a spouse owned PT ?
Starting a CV requires two Indonesian nationals, which would require us to involve a third party to our business.

So the question is: does the PT owned by the Indonesian spouse require permission from manpower to employ the foreign spouse sponsored on ITAS or ITAP?
