to reach there from the airport :
using cab either Blue bird , silver bird , ask the direction for "taman anggrek mall " or Central park mall in west jakarta
cost cab :
bluebird +/- 120.000 idr *
silver bird +/- 160.000 idr *
time travel from airport to westmark : +/- 1 hour* on light traffic , jakarta really depend on traffic ......
* these measurement valid only on light traffic

So, the montly rent for a.3 month period is higher then when taking a 1 month contract ?
3 x 4,500,000 = 13,500,00
3 month contract = 14,500,00 ? ?
And six months contract the price is same as 6 x 1 month ?

OK, I am a newbie, but if somebody can explain me the logic ?

wait it has windows?

It doesnt need bars, since it is a 2bed at 37 sqm I imagine the single mattress is already blocking most of the doorway and window frame
 
But let me get on track again, these are the sort of apartments that ARE good investments for the owner, for sure he / she will rent this a lot quicker and easier than someone trying to rent a 200sqm 4 bed in kuningan city (example) for $3,000 a month

Dubai would take a lesson from that example too

As an investor, you should buy 3 or 4 smaller units for $100,000 each and rent them out, these are the ones that will increase in value in say 5-10 years so you could sell them then for $150,000 each and have had the mortgage paid all that time better than paying $500,000 now for a fancy schmancy one and not being able to rent it and then in 5-10 years time still struggling to sell it even for $500,000
And don't forget the s/c and maintenance fees too

These small units mostly the 2nd bedroom is used for a closet anyway for shoes and clothes etc (or a baby if it's a single parent)
