Where is this conducted at? Sounds like a massage!
High intensity interval training is the best for fat loss, plus weightlifting. Posture alignment! Never really worry as all gets pulled into position

Appears to be a lack of personal trainers nowadays, people not going to gyms so trainers should be plentiful
