Job Description
• Identifies customer’s needs and proactively responds to all of their needs
• Executes deals with Stores and Sponsorhips in HoReCa
• Establishes relationships with the Management or Owner of Outlets
• Conducts 2 way-communications and cultivates the working environment by motivating the employees and working with the team.
• Maintains the level of service to internal and external customers.
• Sets the target, scheduling and work plans.
Requirements
• Min. 3 years’ experience as Supervisor / Manager in Food & Beverages
• Expatriate / Overseas graduate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel / Engineering
• Maximum 40 years old
• Skilled in communication, presentation and negotiation
• Able to identify and solve problems
• Able to operate computers (MS Office)
