A tornado passed through Panguragan Kulon in Panguragan, Cirebon, yesterday killing one and injuring others. 165 houses were damaged or destroyed.

It's Indonesia's deadliest year for over a decade with 2,426 natural disasters recorded resulting in 4231 people dead or missing.

Efforts to pray away the tornado appeared only moderately successful. In the aftermath, I noticed many people, probably owners, standing in front of their damaged homes and businesses. I assume they were concerned about looters helping themselves.
