The new hospital

Well, it seems Bali is going to open a new International quality hospital. I just looked at videos that shows a big building, with lots of promises. It will only be open to cash paying patients though. That means all the local people, and anyone else using BPJS, is out of luck. The big question is this Hospital going to be super expensive? Are there really going to be high quality foreign Doctors?
If all these promises are true, then it will be a great thing. Then people would not have to leave the Country for quality care. Time will tell.

We have talked about this before; it’s part of a big project to make the area around Sanur a center of medical expertise where also foreign doctors can practice more easily.

So it’s a bit a way to compete with places like Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Bangkok where many more affluent Indonesians go for their treatments.
