I think that thread I...erm, my friend, started on the other forum was largely successful, so I'm going to replicate it here.

This thread is for listing jobs, local or expat, that you may have heard a whisper about being available. It's not for discussing schools or salaries, nor is it for official job adverts.

Essentially a heads up, my or my wife's school is looking for 3 new teachers of Art...etc...

And to kick it off, a school that I know of, Sekolah Victory Plus in Bekasi is still looking for a Primary School English (expatriate) teacher.

I'll invite them to create a proper advertisement asap.

It's still early for many schools. More jobs will come out towards the end of the year or in January.

Though saying that I know at least 1 primary teaching position will be coming up at British school Jakarta as well as Semarang Multinational school.

Semarang Multinational school is still looking for someone to fill a maternity leave ASAP. Then to continue as a class teacher the following year. There are 3 teaching positions going for next year. Information can be found on the school's website.

Another I know of is Surabaya international school are looking for a chemistry teacher for next year.
