SENIOR RETAIL MANAGER
Job location : Kuta, Badung, Bali
Job Description:
To handle the overall management of one particular site by setting the direction and the pace at which the team moves. Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to their operations. They are expert trainers who can train other people to become expert trainers. Area Managers are the owners of the business unit. They exhibit entrepreneurial thinking and behavior.
Requirements:
Full training will be given to successful applicants however 2 - 3 years’ experience within the hospitality and/or retail industry would be desirable.
The job will start in early September 2024. Applications will be accepted until the 28th of August 2024. Interviews will take place thereafter. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

- Expat only (Visas and work permits are provided)
- Minimum Diploma graduate with excellent English communication skill
- To be placed in Bali, Indonesia
- Having retail experience minimum 3 years
- A self-motivated fast learner
- Flexible and adaptable
- Knowledge in excel
- Good understanding of numbers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing roles & Managerial level
- An extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers
- The ability to impart knowledge and create and train others within the organization
