I'm trying to get info on the yearly tax on cars here.

Is "Selling Value of Motorized Vehicles (NJKB)" based on the cars price when new, or based on the price I paid for it?

In other words, if I bought a 10-year-old 2013 Mercedes, is the NJKB based on the price I paid (~rp500m) or the price when new (~rp1b)

Should be on the price you have paid, unless that price is lower than the police vihicles catalogue (that includes depreciation per year).
