Return of Passport after receiving Itap approval notification and electronic ITAP.

Received Approval Notification of Permanent Stay Permit and the Electronic Permanent Stay Permit by email on 5th October , 3 weeks ago . Have emailed Immigration office Jember 4 times and sent 2 F/Book messages over the last 3 weeks enquiring if my passport is ready to be picked up , no reply . Rang several times but phone rings out . Was told to contact the office when the Approval arrives and they'd let me now when the passport would be ready . Anyone had similar problems . Those that did get there passport back , how long after receiving the Approval !!

I think WA is their preferred method of communication for these things. Most offices will give you a WA number to contact them on.

Finally got a reply after emailing the Director Generals Dept in Surabaya . Jember office emailed me within the hour . Your Alhi Status application is complete , your Itap and Passport are ready for collection/pick up !!
