It's has been a hard time during this pandemic. We now have a very nice full-furnished apartment to rent out in Waterplace Surabaya. We only stayed there from January 2020 to March 2020. After that, till now no one ever stayed there so it is very well maintained.
The detailed info is the following:
Waterplace Residence Tower A-3111, Penthouse, full-furnished, city view, 3 Bedrooms become 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 washing machine, the total is about 100-meter square. We rented for 80 million-rupiah/year, but we are now asking for about 65 million-rupiah/year, and we accept nego.
