This is kind of more or less like what scammers say..."Rest assured we will look after you. You are completely safe."

Let's take it at face value that the research is legitimate. The end results might be a useful target for hackers so impossible to guarantee protection. In these days of computer vulnerability sharing personal information is opening yourself up to identity theft and other forms of misuse. A serious problem for those genuinely seeking to gather research information with important issues such as national health insurance. So, thanks but no thanks.
