To make things short, I have a PPJB for an apartement in an apartment building near Jakarta, and soon it should be converted into Akta Jual Beli.
My main problem is I am living abroad and that my ITAP will expire in September and does not look like I can return to Indonesia in time to renew it.
Does expired ITAP mean trouble for PPJB and its eventual conversion to AJB?
