Anyone have any info on these places? I would really like rent here because it seems a little less hectic than Thamrin Residences or Cosmo Mansion, but I have literally no clue. Any tips on an apartment under 15 mil with 2-3 bedrooms within a 30 min transit ride to the national monument would be so deeply appreciated.

Notably, you can access the inner tol road easily, you have access to Pejompongan/Arteri Pondok Indah as an alternative route that is not subject to odd-even numberplate regulation. Nearest good malls: Senayan City and Plaza Senayan.

As an older building, units tend to be larger.
