How much money has been burnt for the war machines. Is it not better to be used to fight hunger in the least developed countries ??

Regional co-operation should take care of that. Courtesy of Indonesia, they can be armed with durian, coconuts and nangka, plus very large papaya (the same ones used by the Indonesian airforce becuse bombs are too expensive).
