Motorbike title transfer

I have a motorbike I bought about three years ago, and want to put the title in my name. At the time, I didn't have my Kitas visa. Now I do. The title is in an Indonesian friend's name. When I bought the bike, I was living in Karangasem district. Now I have moved to Bandung district. I completed the Surat Pindah and now have my Domicili here. So if any of you have transferred a motorbike's title from an Indonesian name to your name, please tell me what I have to do to complete this process. The registration was updated a few month's ago, so it is currently up to date. Thanks
