Mens health clinic in Jakarta?

A rather embarrassing situation - I'm having some performance problems, if you get my drift. Even the blue pills are not working well anymore. It's been like this for over 2 years.
Just curious if there is a skilled impotence doctor/clinic in Jakarta (Bogor/Bandung acceptable), where I can speak in English with the doctor and get them to carry out tests (blood tests, dopler etc) to establish the cause of the problem.

#1 make sure the pills you are getting are legit. If you currently getting them without going through a doctor the odds of them being 100% is practially 0. Any of the big name hospitals in Jakarta will have an English speaking doctor that will fix you right up. Common problem, easy solution.

Thanks for the reply. The pills are from Century pharmacy and genuine Pfizer. Also, back in the UK, I had the same problem with official pills too, so I feel that the problem is not the pills themselves, but my body.

Dumb question - what's the best way to get to see an English speaking doctor at a hospital? If it possible to simply turn up at reception and ask to make an appointment? Any idea of the costs?

I am a woman so take my advice with a huge piece of salt - I would be tempted to start off with my regular GP (good practice) and get a referral/ work via them rather than head straight to a hospital for something like this (it's usually linked with other health niggles that probably need to be addressed). But maybe someone with direct experience can PM you a good Dr/ Hospital to work with.

You need to tell your doctor if you are taking any other medications. Better yet, if you are taking other medication, look each one up and check for what side effects are possible and if there are any contradictions with other meds. Most Indonesian doctors haven't a clue what meds you can mix and which you should not.

There are many meds that can make meds like Viagra ineffective. Many heart related meds like beta blockers.

Not a dumb question but yes at most hospitals you can do just that. Taking a guess at 300,000 to 600,000 IDR for a speciaist appointment. Also if Viagra doesn't work, you could try Cialis.

Thanks guys for the replies. I've had this problem for a while and have seen doctors etc in the UK, but none could really give me an explanation other than prescribe viagra. I
even flew to Barcelona to see a specialist who carried out doppler tests to see the blood flow in/out of my penis, and he saw nothing wrong with the little fella.
I've taken shock-wave treatment in the UK, which did nothing.
I've had blood tests done every year, and other than high cholesterol (which I've had for decades), everything else is in order. I don't smoke, rarely drink and work out 5 times a week. So, healthwise, everything is good.

I'm not taking any medication which may interfere with Viagra (except a topical hair solution which contains some Finesteride - I know Fin can cause problems, but my impotence has existed long before I started using Fin).

Ideally, what I'm really looking for is a clinic//doctor that specializes in this field and can carry out tests to establish the underlying cause of my problem.

Look, if you seen specialist in the UK and Spain, you are going to be hard pressed to find anyone more or equally qualified here. Sure, you may find someone who says they are a specialist but more than likely it is because they say they are a specialist. They will sell you some expensive creams they make up in the back but never come out as a love potion no 9. Your only hope and with who you said you already seen, probably not as good would be either Singapore or perhaps Australia. I just don't think you will find what your looking for here. The Chinese have a special massage they say works all the time. Can't get here but I think they do it in Singapore.

Did the blood test include your PSA-level?

Yes, I've had a full blood works done: my PSA levels are normal. My testereone (both free and bound) is good. However, my estrogen levels are high. The Oestradiol is 172 pmol/L and the normal range should be 41 - 159.

High estrogen levels can cause health problems such as gynecomastia, erectile dysfunction, or infertility

Has any of the doctors suggested you might have psychological issues? Like not feeling stimulated, shy, not in love?
With high estrogen levels, you might be one of those lucky guys that can develop breast milk for some lucky baby?

I also think that it will be improbable to find a better specialist in Indonesia .

Indonesia , I guess , offers more cheap/natural options than developed countries . Some may be fake , but I guess it will not endanger our health just by trying once .
Specifically about herbs with coffee , you can search for "kopi pria tahan lama" or similar in Shopee , Tokopedia , ..
Or herbs in pills , by searching "obat untuk pria" .

I think you need to try multiple options. You might want to follow this person's experience. It has been proven to work for him. Try to find 'Doctor Indah' or someone similar gorgeous lady doctor in Jakarta. There is no harm in trying as you will never know, it might work for you as well. Even if it doesn't, you have very little to lose since the damage is very small. Plus, because it is in Jakarta, you won't need to travel far to find a potential cure.
