I'm not familiar with Jakarta so these assertions might be true but it reminds me of real estate promotions for the outer fringes of Melbourne where agents would claim "30 minutes on the freeway to the Central BusinessDistrict". May have been true if you left at 2 am on a Sunday morning but weekdays peak traffic more like 2 hours.

As Snpark implies, when posters of an item for sale or rent fail to mention an asking price, you can safely assume the item is not be offered at a bargain price. "Keep looking," is my advise, especially now, in that it is my understanding that there is a glut of Pondok Indah apartments on the market.

Yeh for a small 2 bed certainly should NOT be more than 10jt a month right now and that's for furnished good quality / area etc
Even "only $1000" a month is 14jt these days. Too much.
