I encourage everyone to follow the rules correctly.

As an anecdote, I have flow several times since the very similar July 17 rules. Not once has my vaccination status, Peduli Lindungi, or eHAC been checked at an airport. My Peduli Lindungi status incorrectly shows Red (I carry the paper vaccine cards if challenged) so I know they are not checking it behind the scenes.

It would seem to me that airport officials have decided they are simply done with it. Of course international entry is likely to remain more strict and close to the written rules.

Did you have to scan Peduli Lindungi, or fill out the eHAC in the app?
Nope.

At Surabaya Airport, there is a place to scan PL, and I did - but it doesn't seem to be compulsory. I saw lots of people walking straight past it.

I'm having issues getting my booster registered (it was done abroad) on the PL app.
I think the issue is that the EU vaxx cert I got with my booster (3/3 shots) included the 2x Indonesian shots and this is breaking the PL system when I try to upload it. I've been rejected once and waiting for approval on the 2nd review. Thankfully at airports/ shopping centers they don't insist on me using PL when I show them my foreign cert.

Previously, for non Indonesin vacc certificate, we had to register via vaksinln.dto.kemkes.go.id
That's what I did with my 3 certificates, 2 from US and 1 from Nigeria. No issue.
Now, you have to use pedulilindungi app

Thanks Wisnu - I actually did the original (vaksinln.dto.kemkes.go.id) method back in March or April and they rejected my EU covid cert. I have since uploaded my cert via the linked directions and they have also rejected it. I have opened a ticket with them and they still don't seem to understand that my booster cert from the EU includes the 2 previous vaccines (I never got a separate "booster" only cert). It's a little infuriating.
