Land zones in Bali

Hi,
I am going to lease land in Bali and am looking for someone who is knowledgeable or can connect me with someone who has knowledge about the different land zones?

You need a good lawyer. Remember to allow room and space for a temple and right of way for religious ceremonies to cross your land

For Bali, currently only available for Denpasar city, Badung, buleleng and Gianyar regency.

It's not mandatory to allocate space for temple except if there's existing temple in location. However, it is expected and appreciated to have a small temple (and maintain it) particularly if you employ Balinese in your property.

That is because it has a disclaimer pop up, check box robot etc, can only access through laptop not a mobile
