Labor Law-Repatriation of Foreigners (Here we go, again)

Have on mind that Manpower Law applied in employment relations, but contractual freedom and waivers are also permitted if they are not against the public order. In the contract can be stipulated that you are waiving your rights i.e. severance payments or having additional penalties, or accept that employer has no obligation to you in a case of early termination.

As was mentioned in a previous post by @atlantis, I don't believe that a contract can override the law. Besides, my contract mentioned nothing about repatriation at the end of the working period, so they wouldn't be able to argue that I had waived my rights even if I was going to move this forward, which I'm not. I understand your point, however, so thank you.

Also, to clarify, there was no early termination. I completed my contract.
