Indonesia No.1

How dare you post positive things about Indonesia. We will have to kick you out immediately! :D

"Bandung Institute of Technology, or ITB, and the University of Indonesia have been rated as two of the top institutions in the world, according to Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2016-2017."

A somewhat misleading interpretation. What they mean is they are in the top 1,000 Universities rankings.... hardly competing with the likes of Harvard, Standford or Cambrdige just yet...

Ahhgg! William...don't be so negative...the only time Indonesia was ever in the top before was when they had the best demo's and destroyed property......and now North Carolina is out to beat them!..

Now more good news about Indonesia from today's front page Jakarta Post...

"Lawmakers throw in towel over prohibition bill."

In summary it says there is so much opposition to the bill, to prohibit alcohol, that it may never get passed before year end and therefore will fail. If so, it will have to be re-submitted into next year's bills to be debated all over again.....:yo:

They are a bunch of tossers really, I've wracked what brain cells to come up with a no1 Indonesian, but the only thing I can think of is the incredible scenery in various parts of Indonesia, sadly though usually lacking good hotels accomadition,

That's exactly what I read, between the lines, as well...what a waste of those legislator's time and the public's money.
