1) First step is to create an account at https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/front/register :
1a) choose "Foreigner" if your Visa/Stay Permit has no sponsor or you will be a foreign sponsor yourself, or
1b) choose "Indonesian Citizen" if you are an Indonesian sponsor (or you will manage the Indonesian sponsor's account) .
The account will be active after a few days .
2) Login @ https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/front/login , you can deal with visas in the first page .
3) Click at "SERVICES" for all available processes .
4) Specifically if you want to choose "Stay Permit" for the first time , click at "Find Existing Stay Permit" and then type the Permit number + passport number .
Note : Stay Permit is what a foreigner gets after entering Indonesia with a Visa .
