Immigration asking for EPO , ITAS expired

My ITAS expired in 2022 and I haven't applied for EPO when I left Indonesian. Now my wife is outside indonesia with me. Now when applied for new visa they asked me to cancel old one first and we have no idea how to do it while outside Indonesisa.

Did you contact your agent or sponsor? Why did it expire? You were outside Indonesia at the time? Or you just left without an EPO ?

There's a lot of recent threads about this problem, did you search and read them?
What visa did you apply for to re enter?

KITAP VOID after travelling with expired MERP, have to start over Vitas application. Can it be applied while I'm inside Indonesia?

I left without EPO and its family ITAS. My spouse is also living with me outside Indonesia. We were not aware of EPO. I applied same visa C317

You have to do the EPO first, then continue with the visa process.

Today I sent my family to immigration and also contacted immigration of the city who issued my ITAS. They didn't answered me on my whatsapp but they answered my wife in morning and provided number of concerned person in the department.

I contacted person on whatsapp text the person told me to send family member which luckily was on the way to them they handed them my documents and left. Then same time Immigration contacted me asked me to send them original documents on whatsapp I did , they sent me two extra documents for my wife to sign and stamp with their 10K stamp. We luckily had it.

The staff of the immigration on Whatsapp was soo nice and helped me till we filled up papers because it was confusion they guided us for each field that need to be filled. They also told me i need REP not EPO because I left indonesia.

After that I got email about REP request from immigration. They told my family to collect REP document on Friday.

I got the REP document yesterday. We have sent it to visa@imigrasi.... email but they never replied to our email before. Will it work? they asked us to provide document on the email and we did. Do we expect reply from that email to us?
