how to remove blacklist after deported?

Hi. my husband got deported for 6 months in 2022
Im trying to remove his balcklist passpor so he can come back to indonesia.
I went to General Immigration to get some informations. Thet said due to Covid I can apply by email only.
I did that but after 6 months they called me for interview but I was in duty so I couldnt come.
I email them many time to get interview schedule but now reply until now. I submited on September 2022 but seems thy dont care.
My question are if anyone have idea or experience like this:
1. Can I just come and enter building of general immigration to apply? I dnt know the situation right now they already open or not.
2. Any one have contact with immigration officer? thy dnt reply email, no answer call, no reply on sosial media too.
3. Is it possible to apply remove blacklist without agent? u know they want huge money. the fact is , its free . Its bribery money.
I hope anyone can give me idea about this. thanks for help

Why don't you just go to the immigration office and ask them? And don't leave until they answer your questions. Immigration is probably the most helpful ministry out there.

I did...the officer said their bos is on duty in other city so can not give interview. So he asked me to come home and wait for his call..he gave same reason since a year ago. its like I must wait forever or use agency.
If anyone here who has experience,I'd like to meet.

I didn't find cases that were rejected, so I don't know, but the deletion of my passport blacklist was done in only 3 days, and I was able to go to Indonesia again.

by law black list is only for 6 months. It can be extended for next 6 months if we dnt submit revoke black list. And immigration must submit extend revoke to Minister.
If no extend black list immigration must remove black list from system.
But in reality we must submit revoke black list and they can approve or reject, even we must pay huge ilegal money to agent who has connection with immigration officer.
Today I got interview as a sponsor (finally they invite me after almost 1 year). I dont get result yet, they asked me to wait for next call. I dont use agent so I know it will take loooong time process.

I paid 25 million rupiah, including the previous fine, because my case overstayed 14 years and I was deported. I entered Indonesia two weeks ago.
