Just reading about the Trump peace plan for Gaza. Even if this were put into place The well is so deeply poisoned I cannot see an end to Islamic extremists still wreaking havoc with terrorist attacks and Zionist settlers creating increasing tensions with incremental taking over of West Bank Palestinian land and Zionist extremists seeking to covertly take over the "new" Gaza by investment.

In fact it started end of 19th century, when London based Sionist funds started to buy land from the Palestinians.
The partition (Sykes/Picot agreement, Balfour declaration) have a lot to do with it as well.

No wonder Netanyahu is smiling as Trump makes his announcement. He will go along with the plan as long as it moves in a direction to the advantage of Israel. The moment that is not so clear then, with the US already on side, so easy for Mosad or the right wing of Israeli politics to create an incident that will justify Israel into grinding Gaza into dust. When all is said and done, the US regards Israel as an ally and there is a deep fear of Islamic countries many of which see the US as the great Satan.
