I want to firstly thank you for showing an interest in the unit

To answer your question, I can confirm that the person responding to your queries will be myself. I can also confirm that I am the owner of the unit. I have rented property before and know only too well how dispiriting it is to deal with a landlord (or third party) who are slow in responding and / or are unreasonable. The way I see it is if you treat a tenant with respect, respond appropriately and in a timely manner, the tenant will be your eyes and ears to ensure that the property is as well maintained as possible. All in my humble opinion of course
