EPO and repatriation

My work contract is ending and I will be leaving Indonesia on July 5th.

I will apply for my EPO and go over to Thailand to wait for my dog's paperwork to be complete before moving to Europe.

My work contract includes repatriation to Europe once my contract is complete. Ideally I would go to Europe on July 5th but I have to wait for my dog to be ready which will not happen until end August. My employer is staying they MUST move me to Europe on July 5th or they would be breaking the law. What are my options here?

Do I have to immediately go to Europe because my contract states repatriation there or can I defer the flight and move when we are ready with all paperwork? Isn't repatriation (goods moved + flight) a benefit to receive after working for the company for a year?

What date does the contract end? Or just let them book it and you change it later yourself but you might have to do a visa run to SG first

It runs out July 5th. Does the EPO have the "repatriation to..." on it that requires me to show at the airport? That's the only thing I can think of that would make this (according to my employer) a strict requirement

Leaving the country. Why not book a multi-city flight with a (long) in between stop?

It’s perfectly possible with most airlines, even for a month, but Jakarta - Bangkok is rather limited of course. In the worst case you can do that with Singapore or Dubai for instance as ‘official’ in between stop. And you pay for the return flight from there to Bangkok yourself.

It's an EXIT permit, not a repatriation permit. There is no need to provide a "repatriation to.." explanation. Do a google search for "contoh permohonan EPO"

The immigration office will want Formulir 27 filled (Pengurangan: Keluar Wilayah Indonesia tidak kembali) and it does not ask for your destination country.
