E31A SPOUSE VISA

Hi everyone,

My mate recently got her E31A spouse visa issued. In the visa Disclaimer :
6. You must submit online proof of fullfilment of commitments under your visa requirement within 90days.
What does this actually mean please? I am perplexed.

I don't see that for E31A, can you show where you see that? https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/front/faq/5eaebbff-d38d-4e12-959d-55c71dabc80a

The second home visas have that language and for those it means that you have 90 days after visa issuance to show your proof of funds, income, property purchase, etc. Spouse visa should not have that, but if it does, it was probably an erroneous cut and paste.

I think they are general statements made regardless of visa category. Read as "if the visa you have been granted has post arrival commitments, then ... "

Went through the evisa. The one sent via Email has that language but the one in the Application portal doesnt have one.

Indeed, for the E32B (diaspora descendant of ex-wni) visa, one has to prove a purchase of $ 50k in obligasi/stocks.
