Poin yang perlu dipahami:
1. Multiple Entry sudah bisa diproseskan per tanggal 29 Nov 2022
2. Dapat tinggal selama 60 hari selama di Indonesia
3. Hanya diperbolehkan masuk dan keluar dari Imigrasi di Kepulauan Riau
4. Kebijakan VKBP, lanjutnya, diharapkan dapat mendorong pelaku bisnis asing untuk berwisata dan berbisnis atau berinvestasi di Indonesia
5. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan oleh orang asing yang mengadakan VKBP adalah pembicaraan bisnis, pariwisata, penugasan pemerintah, pembelian barang, pertemuan, alasan kemanusiaan, dan transit.
6. Visa ini tidak bisa digunakan untuk kunjungan ke Site / Pabrik, harus apply 211B
7. Sementara waktu hanya untuk Pemegang permanent residence Singapore.


Point to Note:
1. Multiple Entries can be processed as of November 29, 2022
2. Can stay for 60 days while in Indonesia
3. Only allowed in and out of Immigration Checkpoint in the Riau Archipelago (Kepulauan Riau)
4. The VKBP policy, he added, is expected to encourage foreign business people to travel and do business or invest in Indonesia
5. Activities that can be carried out by foreigners holding VKBP are business talks, tourism, government assignments, purchasing goods, meetings, humanitarian reasons, and transit.
6. This visa cannot be used for site/factory visits, has to apply 211B

Again "Surat Edaran, Circular Letter". What on earth the urgency nature of the issuance of this Circular Letter ??.
This is probably linked to culture nature that people who are getting involved in the issuance of a circular letter, do not need to bear the consequences if this Circular Letter later be proven to be controversial.
If proven to be controversial or wrong it is likely they will have no shame, will not resign, they will simply blame other people and carry on business as usual.
