Has anyone else tried this? Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive constituent of the cannabis plant and is now legally available in drops or capsules.

I've been using it for the past week and thought it was worth a try as I suffer from insomnia. For me, it really works - been sleeping much better, with no hangover effects the next day.

I've been using the Holland & Barrett capsules - the only problem is they're really expensive (£34.99 for 60). I've also bought, not yet tried, some from Superdrug which are much cheaper (£4.99 for 30) though appear to be about half the strength of the H&B ones.

It would be interesting to hear others' experiences, particularly other brands you've found good.

Hey there, I'm new here but wanted to share my experience with CBD oil. I've tried it for anxiety and found it to be really effective. I used a tincture from a local dispensary and found it to be a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the relief it provided. I stumbled across an interesting article about CBD and its benefits for pain relief and inflammation, which I found really informative. Here's the link if you're interested: https://www.mindbodygreen.com/artic...his-200-year-old-heirloom-best-cbd-for-relief. It's always great to hear about others' experiences with different brands and products, so thanks for sharing your experience with Holland & Barrett capsules.
If you are good at dating, as you are at marketing snake oil, you will not get laid much.
