Has anyone else tried this? Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive constituent of the cannabis plant and is now legally available in drops or capsules.

I've been using it for the past week and thought it was worth a try as I suffer from insomnia. For me, it really works - been sleeping much better, with no hangover effects the next day.

I've been using the Holland & Barrett capsules - the only problem is they're really expensive (£34.99 for 60). I've also bought, not yet tried, some from Superdrug which are much cheaper (£4.99 for 30) though appear to be about half the strength of the H&B ones.

It would be interesting to hear others' experiences, particularly other brands you've found good.

thanks in advance for any help

Hey there, I'm new here but wanted to share my experience with CBD oil. I've tried it for anxiety and found it to be really effective. I used a tincture from a local dispensary and found it to be a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the relief it provided. I stumbled across an interesting article about CBD and its benefits for pain relief and inflammation, which I found really informative. Here's the link if you're interested: . It's always great to hear about others' experiences with different brands and products, so thanks for sharing your experience with Holland & Barrett capsules.
If you are good at dating, as you are at marketing snake oil, you will not get laid much.

Try melatonin pills

I don't get it. If Cannabis is so illegal in Indonesia, then why is Aceh mentioned as one of the top producers in SE Asia? On top of that, isn't Aceh following strict Sharia law?
If the government changed the law, and made it legal, then allowing farmers to grow with a permit they had to buy, pay tax on selling, then distributors, payed tax, then legal shops payed tax, to people of legal adult age, the government would bring in Billions of Rupiah in tax!
The so called War on Drugs, was started by Ronald and Nancy Reagan in America, and it was proven to be a complete failure, and a waste of millions of dollars, plus incarcerating thousands of non violent people, using taxpayers money to house them in prisons.
It has been scientifically proven CBD has many medical benefits. It helps children with Epileptic seizures, Glaucoma patients, a huge relief for patients suffering nausea, by receiving Radiation, and Chemotherapy treatment.
It is a myth to compare Cannabis to Narcotics! There is no comparison.
Also look at the current situation with proven Carcinogenic drugs, such as Alcohol, and Tobacco. They are only legal because the Government brings in Billions of Rupiah in Taxes, from the sale of these deadly substances.

Personally i think Thailand has got worse since the legalization. Attracts the wrong type of tourist, crappy sellers everywhere and from what i read its mostly smuggled in from places where they have better organized commercial farming rather then benefitting the smaller thai growers.

I'm curious about what is the right type of tourist? And it seems you have first hand experience with these crappy seller's. Again what's the difference between a crappy seller, and a good seller?

After Cannabis became legal in the US, the government became greedy, and created such an overpriced scenario with high fees, permits, and taxes, only large Mafia like organizations could afford farming, which in turn killed the small farmers, who couldn't afford the high cost, of growing!

Here are scientific benefits of CBD extract.
