So I have question, hopefully someone can help me out. I applied B211 visa, and we used the same agent from last year. So I gave my family address in Tangerang because normally we fly to Jakarta first and stay with my family 2 weeks then we fly to Bali .

But this year we bought the ticket from the State direct to Bali without going through Jakarta first like we normally do. The problem is I forget to ask the agent if that will be a problems, if the address still using my family address in Jakarta or should I change it to Bali address if we are planning to fly direct to Bali and skip Jakarta this year.

So I got the evisa already with my family address in Jakarta but our flight ticket is direct to Bali.

Should I tell the immigration that we are going to Jakarta after we stay in Bali for couple of weeks? Because last year they asked where I’m gonna stay during my visit and I told them in the same address mentioned in my evisa.

Who is your sponsor and where will YOU be staying?
I doubt it's a problem. You can always say there were no international direct flights to Bali (e.g) and say you will visit family in Jakarta first then go to Bali for the remainder
Or vice versa

But yes since you now can do it online with no agent I think it's no so important

I just applied for a 2 month tourist visa online. It was easy and cost Rp. 1.528 million. The visa came through almost immediately. Very good!

I don't think this will be a problem. I doubt the immigration agent at the airport will check the address of the sponsor, but if they do just say you are going to Tangerang at some point or the family in Tangerang is going to visit you in Bali.

i agree. I don't think the immigration officer will be concerned. If s/he asks, which s/he probably won't, just tell them you are spending a few days in Bali, then going to Tangerang
