Astrazeneca Covishield or Astrazeneca Vaxzevria

I will be travelling to Australia & have to submit a Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD) to the Department of Home Affairs before I leave tomorrow. I have had 3 Astrazeneca vaccines & the DPD asks for the name of each particular vaccine with an Astrazeneca choice between Covishield or Vaxzevria.

I have contacted Pendulilindungi who cannot shed any light & for the life of me cannot find any information on the net about which one or if both were used in Indonesia, Bali in particular & when or what batch numbers correspond to either one. If anyone has any information about this it would be greatly appreciated

You need to check this as I'm running on memory and could be mistaken - but I think the covishield one is the name of the AZ vaxx from India (its the same product they just had a different name for it). I'm pretty sure most (if not all) of the AZ used here was vaxzevria.
