We agree on the requirements (arrival stamp), but not on what it means concerning being present:
Customs doesn't prevent you from going on holiday, business trip etc. after moving back to Indonesia. You can have an arrival stamp and fly out again incl. for longer periods and during shipment arrival.

For Sea shipments you do not need to be present. You will require travel proof from Origin country to Indonesia incl. arrival stamp, but this can be also months before the arrival of the container (and you can have left the country again afterwards). If your arrival stamp is older than 3 months before the container arrival, the shipment is subject to import duties (if it wasn't already anyways).
