Any idea how I can get my things back to my home? as I´m a WNA now :(

We agree on the requirements (arrival stamp), but not on what it means concerning being present:
Customs doesn't prevent you from going on holiday, business trip etc. after moving back to Indonesia. You can have an arrival stamp and fly out again incl. for longer periods and during shipment arrival.

For Sea shipments you do not need to be present. You will require travel proof from Origin country to Indonesia incl. arrival stamp, but this can be also months before the arrival of the container (and you can have left the country again afterwards). If your arrival stamp is older than 3 months before the container arrival, the shipment is subject to import duties (if it wasn't already anyways).

I've clarified of being present as to be in Indonesia in response to OP who will not be able to visit Indonesia. On all previous custom clearance, they always asked my passport.

Yes, you are right, Original passport used to be a requirement for Sea shipments before, but it's not anymore. It's part of the great push for less paper and phyiscal contact that we have seen since the start of Covid.

As OP was not registered as WNI in Singapore, OP can only import as WNA with KITAS - which requires entry to Indonesia in order to be issued. OP will need to visit tanah air for the KITAS and can leave back to Spain after KITAS is obtained even if container not arrived yet.

Glad to know that. Hopefully, the same the requirement or even less when we return to Indonesia .:D

I was in a local playgroup in Jakarta and I grew up thinking I was (am) a mermaid so it could have been me hahaha....but no restaurant industry though :) Are you all now living in Indonesia? my heart breaks seeing how my tanah air makes it soo hard for us to pulang kampung :( but I guess that´s part of bureaucracy, unfortunately.
Ah, okay, the parents of the little girl I remembered owned a popular restaurant so it wasn't you - too bad, that would have been an amazing small-world story. I will say that you do sound like the kind of person I would have expected the other little girl to be when she grew up - independent and ready to take on the world!

I don't live in Indonesia any more, I live in Hawai'i now. My son is in California, getting a Ph.D. in theoretical physics (he's still the cautious type, but whiteboards covered in obscure mathematical symbols don't scare him:)).
