For those who missed it:
As of September 1, 2025, incoming international visitors must complete a digital arrival form before arriving in Indonesia. This can be done through the recently introduced digital platform, "All Indonesia".
The platform, which is secured with multi-layer encryption, is designed to significantly simplify and speed up the arrival procedure of international travelers.
In "All Indonesia", the immigration, customs, health and quarantine declarations are integrated. They all had to be filled in separately before. The authorities say that the requested data takes an average of only 2.5 minutes to fill in.
The new system is the result of a collaboration between the Directorate-General for Immigration Affairs, the Directorate-General for Customs and Excise, the Ministry of Health and the Indonesia Quarantine Bureau.
After a successful trial period at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, completing the online form in "All Indonesia" is mandatory from 1 September this year for all international passengers entering Indonesia via Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Jakarta), I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali) and Juanda International Airport (Surabaya, East Java).
The obligation applies not only to foreign travelers, but also to Indonesian passport holders.
"All Indonesia" is available in a website version or via a mobile application that can be downloaded from the Appstore and PlayStore.
Travelers using the website version can use the following link:.
