How to make sure you get the Chinese vaccine.!

private company vaccination programs have not started yet. ALL covid vaccines are free to the public. ALL. If anyone paid it is because something happened that should not have.

As for wanting to know just which vaccine you were getting, the classic way would be to just ask before getting it. I mean, if the one administering it can't tell you, probably best to move along.

Like I said all I heard was that AZ was available here beit unofficially or at a price

The official free jab from the govt is Sino
I have "friends" who have offered me the chance to pay for AZ/ Pfizer vaccines but nothing has come of any of it and I would be very concerned that they might end up being fake. I have even been sent a list of prices.

I'm currently waiting on the Gotong Royong scheme to start and hopefully will get vaccinated through that (sinopharm). Then later in the year if it's possible I'll go home and get the J&J one cos I doubt either of the Chinese ones will permit international travel.

There is absolutely zero chance you can get a genuine Pfizer vaccine in Indonesia right now. Heck, even once they are imported officially, I would be very skeptical of them retaining efficacy beyond Jakarta. The cold chain here is simply incapable of handling them.

Are there even Pfizer vaccines here. I have heard no talk of them even being planned on. If they do come I do not see the refrigeration required being available.

We are in Surabaya, and my husband's family managed to have AZ vaccines for free with connections from their church.

In fact my first two proposals for a free jab came from the Church. Can't remember when the last time I've set foot in a church but apparently God hasn't forgotten me.
