First post on the new Forum!

We have a TREO Treadmill purchased from Fit Plus in Senayan City (which is now closed) and it is in need of maintenance. The running belt has come off-centre. I am having trouble getting a response from Fit Plus on their website. Does anyone know of a company that will come to the house and carry out some repairs for me?

Thank you

I have an AIBI treadmill which had a problem, I used AIBI their telephone number is 021 53690888, they have a shop at Jl Kemanggisan 127, hope they can help

Are there screws that can be turned by allen keys at the back of the treadmill? Some belts can re realligned by turning on one of these.

It may be worth googling.

Sorry I can't be more detailed - I've gotta go out

Here's a handy video on what John Oates describes:

And another one:

If it's as simple as that, it may be worth trying!

We have a "treadmill guy" who successfully replaced the belt, fixed the electronics more than once, and replaced the motor. He kept an ancient machine running for at least three years past its life expectancy. When it finally shot craps, I gave him the machine for parts. Both he and I were happy to have it hauled away. That was just before we blew town.

If you are anywhere near Pasar Rebo in the southeast part of Jakarta, I can quizz my wife for a phone number. She may still have it even though we have been in the States for a couple of years.

Thank you Waarmstrong, I tried to fix it myself but it was beyond my capabilities! We did find someone eventually and they seem to have done the job!

Well good; keep your treadmill guy's number handy, you will probably need it again. And besides that, I may need a referral once we move back to Jakarta.
